reports. Thanks to e-mail, changing conditions can be posted
quickly, keeping things accurate and up to date. Even though
we are in Wisconsin, where it is often said, "If you don't
like the weather, just wait 10 minutes, it will change..",
it is not always like that. Sometimes things don't change. We
are committed to keeping our conditions current. If the report
has not changed since yesterday, chances are that the conditions
haven't either.
